At vente2paris.shop, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Return Conditions
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Broken or damaged items: If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Include clear photos or videos showing the damage.
Battery issues: If you experience battery-related problems within 3 days of delivery, contact us with proof of the issue.
Bluetooth connectivity problems: If a device has Bluetooth connection issues within 3 days, a return may be accepted upon verification.
Please note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind or general dissatisfaction. Only the issues listed above are eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at contact@vente2paris.shop with your order number and supporting photos or videos of the issue.
We will respond with instructions on how to return the product.
Return the item in its original packaging within 3 days of receiving our instructions.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts
Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
